Washington State Commercial Energy Code – 2021 Code Overview
The State Building Code Council (SBCC) is in the process of reviewing its Energy Technical Advisory Group’s proposals to update the state commercial energy code. The final vote will take place on April 22. In the meantime, you are able to send comments directly to the SBCC members via email or in oral testimony.

Kjell Anderson AIA, Director of Sustainability at LMN Architects, is the architects’ representative on the SBCC and the chair of the Energy Code TAG. In this webinar he will present on the changes to the commercial energy code that are up for consideration as part of the 2021 update. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, and we will review how you can comment if desired.
