2021 was a big climate year in Olympia, with passage of the Climate Commitment Act and the Clean Fuels Standard. Legislators also considered a sweeping building decarbonization bill for the first time – which did not pass. In 2022, we’ll see less comprehensive bills that are focused on smaller issues.
